Our clients come from all over the world to work with us because we offer the entire production under one roof in our own factory which allows us to keep the cost low and the quality high. Our factory is a gold certified factory through WRAP which means you can feel confident that your line is created safely and ethically. Custom Digital Sublimation Printing
Bring us your design as a digital file and we will print your vision on the highest quality fabric perfect for your line of clothing. If you provide a digital file but you need help with the repeat nature of fabric design, our graphics team can help prepare your file for fabric production.
Product Development
Samples
Provide us with a physical example of your design and we will prepare a factory sample in our generic fabric for your approval. Once we receive your approval, we will prepare a final sample in your specific fabric for your final approval. When we get your final approval -production can begin.
Pattern Making
From your approved initial sample, we then create patterns for your entire size run. You are able to choose the sizes to be part of your run. Our pattern makers are extremely skilled and knowledgeable and have an amazing attention to detail to ensure every size in your production will be to spec and consistent.
Production
Cutting
Our cutters are extremely skilled and focused on making sure each cut is consistent. Because our cutters do this everyday and only this, they are time efficient and accurate which is the first step in amazing quality control and a reasonable production time.
Sewing
Our sewers have the most efficient and top quality machines to work on. They are highly skilled and able to handle simple and more complicated sewing. Because our sewing is done in house, we are able to keep our quality control at the highest level.
Labels & Hangtags
We can create your labels from your digital file all in factory. We offer different styles of labels and tags which gives you a choice that will be a perfect fit for your garment. We are equipped to tag garments and get them ready for shipping. Just let us know what you need and we can make it happen.
Shipping
Need help coordinating shipping? No problem we can coordinate air cargo or a door to door courier whatever works best for you. We will give you exact shipping costs which needs to be prepaid before your garments can be shipped out.
Additional Services
Embroidery
We have an in house embroidery department that can help you with any of your embroidery needs. Whether it's a simple name drop or something more complex, we have you covered with state of the art equipment and creative and skilled embroidery artists.
Screen Printing
Our screen printing is all done in house and can add excitement to your garments. We have a library of designs that are available to you at no additional charge or you can bring in your own design. Need a name drop? No problem we can handle whatever you need for a personalized garment.
